Seekr Named to the 2026 CB Insights AI 100
What it means that Seekr has earned two major CB Insights recognitions in six months — and what the AI 100 reveals about where enterprise and government AI is going next.
We’re proud to share that Seekr has been named to the 2026 CB Insights AI 100, the tenth annual ranking of the 100 most promising private artificial intelligence companies in the world. CB Insights selected the AI 100 from a pool of more than 40,000 companies, using a data-driven methodology that weighs commercial traction, deal activity, partnerships, hiring momentum, and proprietary scoring including the Mosaic Score and Commercial Maturity index. Within that methodology, Seekr’s Mosaic score ranks it in the top 1% of all private AI companies tracked by CB Insights for overall company health and growth potential.
The AI 100 is a leading indicator, not a lagging one. Across the last five cohorts, AI 100 winners have exited at 3.2x the rate of comparable AI companies — 84% of those exits through acquisition — and have closed their next funding round a median 198 days sooner than peers. This is the shortlist investors, acquirers, and enterprise buyers watch.
The recognition places Seekr alongside the most consequential emerging AI companies in the world — from foundation model labs and orchestration platforms to the next generation of physical AI — and marks the company’s second CB Insights recognition in six months:

From a specialized defense recognition in December to inclusion among the 100 most promising private AI companies in the world in May — a six-month trajectory that tells a clear story: Seekr is one of the companies that is defining both the present as well as the next chapter of enterprise and government AI.
What the AI 100 reveals about where AI is going
Beyond recognizing individual companies, the AI 100 functions as a market signal. CB Insights highlights three structural shifts in this year’s cohort: physical AI is moving from single robots to coordinated fleets; a “Know Your Agent” stack is forming for autonomous agents in the enterprise; and vertical AI winners are defined by their data, not their sector. Two of those shifts cut directly to why Seekr exists.
First: AI agents are running enterprise workflows, but they need their own rulebook. CB Insights describes a “Know Your Agent” stack now forming for autonomous agents in the enterprise. The agents on this year’s list are executing multi-step work in production — over a million SOC investigations completed at one company, 1.2 million financial crime cases at another — without human sign-off on each step. That scale surfaces a question the industry is just beginning to answer: agents act on enterprise systems, but they aren’t employees, service accounts, or traditional software. They have no persistent identity, no verifiable owner, no scoped authority, and no audit trail tied to a principal.
A growing cohort of companies is now building the security and observability layer that wraps around models and agents to address this gap. That work matters. But wrapping opaque models in additional layers of oversight is not the same thing as building models that are auditable by design. SeekrFlow takes the latter approach: explainability, provenance, and operational guardrails are architectural — they live at the model layer, not bolted on at runtime. For organizations operating in defense, financial services, healthcare, and other regulated domains, the difference between “we added oversight” and “it was built that way” is the difference between a workable system and a non-starter.
Second: vertical AI winners are being defined by their data, not their sector. CB Insights identified three patterns shared by the most durable vertical AI businesses: companies building proprietary models on non-textual data, companies whose deep workflow embedding creates switching costs, and companies whose access to rare datasets becomes the moat itself.
SeekrFlow is the platform built for the third pattern — and increasingly for all three. It enables organizations to build domain-specific large language models and AI agents on their own data, deployed in their own environments, without surrendering custody. For a federal agency, a financial institution, or a critical infrastructure operator, that’s not a feature — it’s the precondition for adopting AI at all.
What this recognition reflects
The AI 100 caps a year of momentum across product, customers, and capital. In 2025, Seekr closed a $100M round led by Danu Venture Group and AMD Ventures at a $1.2B valuation. The U.S. Army selected Seekr AI Agents for Missile Defense Cyber Resilience. Seekr expanded enterprise and government deployments through partnerships with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, MTN Digital Infrastructure, and PCI Government Services. We launched SeekrGuard, an AI evaluation product designed to help organizations comply with the President’s AI Action Plan, and achieved SOC 2 Type II certification. And we welcomed new senior leaders across revenue, people, and marketing as we scale internationally.
Behind those milestones is the work of every Seekr employee, every customer who has chosen to build on SeekrFlow, and every partner and investor who has helped us get here. The AI 100 belongs to all of them.
What’s next
The AI 100 is a checkpoint, not a destination. The customers and missions Seekr supports cannot afford AI they can’t audit, defend, or scale. As enterprise and government adoption of AI agents accelerates — across edge, on-premises, and sovereign deployments — the demand for AI that is explainable and defensible by architecture, not by assertion, will only grow. That’s the work ahead.
