We’re thrilled to announce that People and Culture executive Darcey Villasenor has joined the Seekr Executive Leadership Team to lead Seekr’s global people strategy and operations. Read the full press release HERE.

About Darcey Villasenor

Villasenor brings over two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing teams in high-growth, venture- and private-equity-backed technology companies. She joins Seekr from SpryPoint, where she served as Head of People and Culture and previously held leadership roles at StackHawk, Sonatype, and Mercuri Urval.

In her role at Seekr, Villasenor will lead global end-to-end people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee development. Her arrival underscores Seekr’s continued investment in talent and focus on strengthening its organizational foundation to support global scale.

As Seekr continues its rapid international expansion, Villasenor will leverage her expertise in human-centered leadership and data- and AI-driven strategies to scale people systems that foster performance, trust, and long-term growth.
