Building a custom AI product discovery chat interface with SeekrFlow™

OneValley used SeekrFlow to build, validate, and deploy Haystack, an AI-powered product recommendation chat interface that significantly reduces the time it takes entrepreneurs to find the right tools to scale their business.

Automating high-quality data preparation

To streamline data preparation, OneValley used information from its product pages and ingested it into the system. The AI-Ready Data Engine then automatically extracted and structured the data, transforming it into a high-quality dataset optimized for accurate and context-aware recommendations.

By automating this process, Seekr enabled OneValley to bypass traditional data engineering challenges, accelerating the development of their AI-powered recommendation engine while maintaining alignment with their business data and user needs.

Data preparation is a significant hurdle to getting to market. By understanding the Seekr team’s data pipeline and the formats in which we could transfer data to them, we were able to eliminate a huge development hurdle without the presence of in-house data engineering resources.

Accuracy and explainability: Leveraged rich explainability tools to give OneValley insight into the AI model’s decision-making process, ensuring that the tool’s recommendations were reliable and easy to understand.
No-code development: Supported OneValley’s non-technical team to transform raw data into a custom AI model without the need for internal infrastructure or coding expertise.
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Ensured the model could access important real-time information provided by OneValley, such as product features and pricing, so that their community would always receive the most accurate and personalized responses.

The implementation process:

The SeekrFlow AI platform was used to guide OneValley through the end-to-end process of creating the Haystack product. This included:

Data training:OneValley provided product and service data, leveraging the AI-Ready Data Engine to automatically extract, structure, and refine it into a high-quality training dataset.
Model training: SeekrFlow trained the AI model to adhere to OneValley’s guidelines for providing accurate, ethical, and compliant recommendations for financial products.
Explainability and testing: Through comprehensive testing and feedback loops, OneValley was able to validate the model’s performance, ensuring maximum accuracy and relevance of recommendations.
Launch and feedback: After the Haystack tool was launched, feedback from early adopters was incorporated to refine the model for continuous improvement.

The results? 6 in 10 users trust Haystack to make purchase decisions

User growth:Since launch, Haystack has attracted over 100,000 users, demonstrating its strong adoption and value within the entrepreneurial community.
User trust: 6 in 10 indicating they had the confidence to make a purchase decision.
New revenue stream: OneValley onboarded new affiliate partners that saw a 1.3% CTR, over double the industry benchmark of 0.5%, driven by Haystack’s product recommendations.
High engagement: The overall product experience averaged a score of 8/10 in user testing, with users finding the chatbot responses clear and helpful.
Expansion plans: OneValley plans to expand the Haystack tool to cover additional financial products and new categories like marketing tools and technical infrastructure.
